Shipping & Returns
We offer free international shipping free of charge (Not including UK). This includes all customs duties required by the destination country. The price you see on the Hanidoll website is the final price without any hidden fees or surcharges.
It is important to note that in some countries like Arab regions and Korea, the import of any adult products is prohibited by law, therefore we are not able to deliver in those countries, so please, purchase with caution.
It will take an average of 1 to 2 weeks from the time your order is placed until it reaches your door. After ordering, we will then customize your doll based on your specific order details which is normally 5 to 10 days. Then shipment from the factory to you can be another 2 to 5 days. Since the quality of your doll is foremost, please understand and be patient.
When the doll has been completed, we will send you a picture from the factory before shipment to confirm the doll meets your specifications. The dolls are then shipped through FedEx, DHL, or UPS for global shipping. To ensure your privacy and confidentiality, we will remove all markings from the outside packaging. Once it is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email, so checking your email periodically is a good idea.
If you cancel your order within one hour, we will refund your order in full. Exceptions include PayPal and credit card transaction fees, which are a cost to use these payment institutions. In these cases, you will need to contact them directly for a refund of those type of fees.
If you cancel an order placed within 1-6 hours, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
If it is more than 6 hours, you will need to call us to confirm if the doll is already in production.
Once a doll is in production we cannot cancel the order. If the doll is not in production, you can pay a 20% rocessing fee and request a refund for the balance.”
About Returns or Exchanges
If you receive your sex doll and find any damage or quality issues, please contact us immediately. If it is caused by our negligence, we will return or exchange it for you free of charge.
During the production and delivery process, we strictly manage every step and ensure that 99.9% of sex dolls are of perfect quality. During transportation by a courier company, the doll might subject to some minor damages within the acceptable range due to improper delivery. If the damage is major, please do not sign the package slip and contact us immediately.
